Helen Kou

Analyst, Decentralized Energy and Utility Strategy

Helen is an analyst on the Decentralized Energy team at BloombergNEF. She covers the growing trend of decentralization in power markets, looking at the challenges and opportunities facing new and incumbent players. Helen specializes in topics on networks, distributed energy resources and utility strategy. Before joining BloombergNEF, she was a fellow at the California Energy Commission, devising policy papers on community solar and time-of-use rates. Helen graduated from University of California, Berkeley.
