Angela B. Rolufs
As Vice President for Strategic Initiatives at Paragon Business Solutions, Inc., Angela Rolufs leads Paragon’s resiliency planning and energy technology consulting services. Angela is the former Executive Director of the Missouri University of Science and Technology (S&T) Microgrid Industrial Consortium and the former Director of the S&T Center for Sustainability. In these positions, Angela led multiple renewable energy, microgrid, electric vehicle, and sustainable infrastructure projects. Before joining Missouri S&T, Angela was employed by the U.S. Army at Fort Leonard Wood, where she managed an annual multi-million-dollar construction program and collaborated with the Kansas City District of the US Army Corps of Engineers in the delivery of Fort Leonard Wood’s Military Construction (MILCON) program. Angela holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management from Missouri S&T.
