Thank you for leading the industry by exhibiting at the nation’s premier annual conference on energy storage. The ESA annual conference is a unique event focused on all aspects of the energy storage industry, gathering all the top experts and dealmakers in one place. Although the Coronavirus situation is unexpected, we sincerely hope that you will continue your support of the national trade association that is working hard on your behalf to accelerate markets, connect our members, and educate stakeholders. If you cannot join us August 26-28, 2020 in Pittsburgh, contact by March 20, 2020 and ESA will refund 100% of your registration fees. Refund requests made after March 20 will revert to our standard refund policies and will be honored at a 50% refund until August 12.

We want to thank the City of Pittsburgh, the Westin Pittsburgh, and the Omni William Penn Hotel for working with us to quickly facilitate a rescheduling plan for our industry.

If you have already made a hotel reservation at one of our host hotels through ESA’s block, your registration will be cancelled by the hotel and you will be sent a cancellation notice if they have a valid email on file.  Once the reservation system has been updated, you will be able to rebook a reservation for the August dates.

For those who have registered outside of the ESA block, you must directly cancel your reservation with the hotel at which you registered. Please keep in mind that ESA has arranged for a discounted room rate under its block for the August period. Please visit the Accommodations page or communication from ESA for updates.

Finally, some airlines are currently providing “Peace of Mind” waivers that will allow travelers to reschedule or cancel without penalty, so you may wish to explore this option if your attendance includes air travel. For other travel-related questions, please contact your travel organizer(s) directly for individual rebooking or cancellation policies.
